2. Subscription & Billing
All services are subscription-based and automatically renew.
- Month-to-month agreement unless stated otherwise
- Billing may be weekly, monthly, or annual
- Payments auto-renew until canceled
- No refunds unless stated in writing
3. Payment Enforcement
- You agree to resolve billing issues before initiating disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination
- We reserve the right to pursue collections and legal action
- You may be responsible for legal and recovery fees
4. Automation Risk
Our system uses automation and third-party APIs. Platform actions (bans, restrictions, etc.) are outside our control.
5. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for all submitted content and must comply with laws and platform policies.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee engagement, traffic, or revenue results.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses, platform penalties, or indirect damages.
8. Termination
We may terminate services for violations, risk, or non-payment.
9. Governing Law
All disputes are governed in Houston County, Georgia.
